Yummy wine bar & bistro is available for private dinners, business parties, and most any special function you can imagine.  All special events are coordinated one on one to ensure that your event is both unique and memorable.

Thank you very much for considering us for your event.  Yummy wine bar & bistro offers private events for Small & Large Groups in our establishment.  Your event coordinator Corey R. Here are some initial guide lines to help make your event run smoothly:

1. Reservation are required for a group size of 7 people or more. 

2. Low season rates for November, December, January, February, March, April & May.

SMALL GROUP: Small Group is considered to be 7 to 12 people.  You can rent part of Yummy wine bar & bistro for a minimum purchase of $30.00 per person (+ 20% gratuity) while we are still open to the public.  There is a time limit of 2 hours per reservation.        

LARGE GROUP: Large Group is considered to be 13 & up to 34 people.  You can rent Yummy wine bar & bistro on Sunday, Monday or Thursday for a minimum purchase of $1000.00 (+ 20% gratuity); for Friday & Saturday there will be a minimum purchase of $1500.00 (+ 20% gratuity) & if you would like us to open on Tuesday or Wednesday (the days we are normally closed) there will be a minimum purchase of $1500.00 plus a $2000.00 fee (+ 20% gratuity).  For Large Groups, we will be required to close our establishment for your private event.  We can accommodate up to 34 people comfortably sitting & 40 people sitting & standing. 

3. High season rates for June, July, August, September & October.

SMALL GROUP: Small Group is considered to be 7 to 12 people.  You can rent part of Yummy wine bar & bistro for a minimum purchase of $40.00 per person (+ 20% gratuity) while we are still open to the public.  There is a time limit of 2 hours per reservation.

LARGE GROUP: Large Group is considered to be 12 & up to 34 people.  You can rent Yummy wine bar & bistro on Sunday, Monday or Thursday for a minimum purchase of $2000.00 (+ 20% gratuity); for Friday & Saturday there will be a minimum purchase of $2500.00 (+ 20% gratuity) & if you would like us to open on Tuesday or Wednesday (the days we are normally closed) there will be a minimum purchase of $2500.00 plus a $2000.00 fee (+ 20% gratuity).  For Large Groups, we would be required to close our establishment for your private event.  We can accommodate up to 34 people comfortably sitting & 40 people sitting & standing. 

the definition of minimum purchase = We require your group or the Responsible Person of the group to purchase enough food & beverage to meet the minimum dollar amount noted for that season/day (see above).  If you do not purchase enough to meet the minimum dollar amount, then you will be required to purchase wine to-go or a gift certificate to meet the minimum purchase.

4. Tentative booking will be held for 72 hours.  Actual bookings will be guaranteed with a $200.00 deposit two (2) weeks before the event for Small Groups or $500.00 deposit six (6) weeks before the event for Large Groups; plus each paragraph of this agreement must be completely initialed and signed by the Responsible Person.  The deposit will go towards the total cost of your event and the balance will be due & payable on the day of the event unless prior arrangements have been made.  Deposits, booking, fees and this agreement will be held with a credit card (MasterCard or Visa).  The final bill is payable in the form of a credit card (MasterCard or Visa) or cash.

5.  The food menu items & quantity of each dish will be determined by Yummy wine bar & bistro & the Responsible Person.  The food menu items & quantity of each dish are required & will be finalized 7 (seven) full days for Small Groups and 30 (thirty) full days for Large Groups from the day of the event.  Once the menu & the quantity has been determined, the Responsible Person will be responsible to pay for that order even if there are less people &/or all the food does not get consumed.  A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of the menu finalization.  Menus are seasonal & are subject to change.  We do not allow any other food to be brought in, except for theme desserts.  We charge a $2 plate fee per guest for cakes &/or any other dessert brought in from outside our establishment.  Note: we do not normally have cupcakes on our dessert menu, but they may be available as themed cupcakes for your event depending on the availability of our part-time pastry artist.  Your menu choices will be picked from the current seasonal menu at the time of your event.  Please view our dinner & dessert page on our website to see our current menu.  Please call for information on menu selections. 

6. Yummy wine bar & bistro sells wine, beer, & non-alcoholic beverages.  Beverage will be limited to our menu seasonal selection.  Yummy wine bar & bistro has an Oregon wine/beer in house sale & retail sale license; we do not carry a full bar license (therefore we do not sell hard liquor).  If there are desired wines/beers you wish to have that we do not have on our menu, it may be possible for use to order it for you.  It will be the responsibility of the Responsible Person to cover the menu cost of those additional wines/beers purchased.  Any beverage items brought in for your event will have to be agreed upon by Yummy wine bar & bistro & the Responsible Person prior to ordering.  The beverage items brought in for your event will be purchased for your party only, so what does not get consumed will be yours to take.   Please view our beverage page on our website to see our current menu.  The corkage fee is $10.00 per 375ml, $20.00 per 750ml or $40 per magnum & applies to any bottle not purchased from  Yummy  wine bar & bistro’s wine list.  Bulk corkage prices are also available.

7. Interest in having music for your party?  We have a great sound system with different levels of music for you to choose from (energetic, dinner & lounge).  If you are interested in having live music for you party, there is room for a small acoustic band (1-3 people).  Let us know so we can help accommodate your party.  Keep this in mind, 1 band member will take the space of 2 party members. 

8. Items that are owned by  Yummy  wine bar & bistro (either in house or in storage) may be used for the event.  Special/additional items may be available at an additional charge.  Special/additional items must be approved by both  Yummy  wine bar & bistro & the Person responsable for the party.
